Contractors are likely to be flocking to the The Embassy of the Republic of Korea after it announced that it would be holding a tender for the construction of a new office building in Prague’s 6th district. In an announcement placed in Hospodářské noviny, the Embassy revealed that the plot it would be built on is 2,542 sqm and that the total budget cannot exceed $10.5m. The building should have a floorspace of 3,400 sqm and must be completed within 20 months of the signing of the contract.
