Modernization work on four buildings in the Korona office complex on Armi Krakowej street in Kraków have been completed. The property, owned by GTC, offers a total of 36,800 sqm. The modernization included a number of upgrades like the installation of green pergolas on the axis of the complex. The reception lobbies in three of the buildings got a total overhaul. A gym, a salt grotto and a ground-floor conference room were added to the Edison building. Savills is the office complex’s exclusive leasing agent. “We have had these buildings in our portfolio since the very beginning, and we spare no efforts to support the comfort of the users of the complex to offer them a modern business environment that meets their needs,” said Justina Ivan, office leasing director at GTC.
