Koruna Reality has restarted work on a Bratislava residential project it put on hold during the crisis. Klingerka, a redevelopment of a brownfield site that used to house the former Gumon factory in the city’s Ružinov district, is in the EIA process. The scheme features two high-rises, ranging from 130 to 160 meters tall, that will include 592 flats after completion. The four-story pedestal between the two buildings will include a parking garage and shops and services on the ground floor. The rest of the plot will be used as a public park.
The developer says it plans to start construction in summer 2016 and complete the whole project by 2019. Investment is expected to total €55m. Trend Reality writes, however, that the 14,690 sqm plot is on sale on the developer’s website for €9.26m.
