The second phase of Kotelna Park in Prague 5 by the developer Red Group has topped out, meaning the 12,000 sqm office building is on track for its scheduled Q1 2020 completion. Designed by Chapman Taylor, building offers large floor plates and private terraces on each floor. A garden area for relaxation and sports behind the building will be available for all tenants, while two underground levels of parking will serve those employees who don’t use the nearby Jinonice and Radlicka metro stations for their commute. Red Group assigned construction duties to Strabag for the project, which is located across the busy Radlicka street from Penta Real Estate’s Walter scheme.
