Finnish developer YIT Stavo has got final approval for its second residential project in Prague – KOTI Hajek. New residents are to move in summer. Low-energy building with 20 solar collectors on the roof is more than 50% sold out. It offers 31 flats of the sizes from 36 m2 to 110 m2. According to Finnish tradition, several flats are equipped with a sauna. Till 30 June, the developer offers a special 5% discount for buyers and – as a bonus – a week at the sea with Exim Tours according to clients´ choice.
