Immofinanz has named Magdalena Kowalewska as its new Country Manager Operations for the Poland, while Elżbieta Gawlikowska-Mentrak will become Country Manager Finance & Support. The decision mark a substantial step for the Austrian development company on the Polish market, but no further details regarding the company’s strategy for the local market was not disclosed.
Kowalewska joined Immofinanz in 2009 and has since been promoted Head of Asset Management Offices & Logistics Poland and Country Manager Offices & Logistics Poland. In her new role, she will be responsible for the company’s asset management, leasing, development and center management operations, as well as marketing and human resources.
Gawlikowska-Mentrak started working for Immofinanz in 2008. In the past few years, she was responsible for implementing new structures within as Country Manager Finance and Administration. In her new position, she’ll be responsible for accounting, law, tax, controlling and IT operations.
