KPMG extended its lease on 10,000 sqm of office space at the Florenc Office Center for another 10 years, until 2028. CBRE, which also manages the building, represented the new owner of the Florenc Office Center, a real estate fund managed by ZFP Investments. Radek Havlíček, managing partner at KPMG, said that the company decided to stay at Florenc because of its excellent location. KPMG occupies the whole building. The office space is currently being renovated.
