KPMG leased 8,500 sqm at the MIRO project, which is being developed by Speedwell in Bucharest’s Baneasa neighborhood. The lease represents about 40 percent of the total space of the project, which recently secured a building permit. KPMG will be able to move into its new office space at the end of 2021. Knight Frank brokered the deal. Speedwell is also developing a residential project, called The Ivy, which will be within walking distance of MIRO.
