KPMG AG signed a lease on more than 12,000 sqm of space in a new office building set to break ground at CA Immo’s Europacity project in Berlin this fall. The company will be the building’s exclusive office tenant and is scheduled to move in at the end of 2017. The company will combine several of its service departments at this location.
The building, which was designed by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten Berlin, is situated right next to the Tour Total on Heidestraße and not far from Berlin Central Station. The new seven-story building will offer around 14,300 sqm of space and underground parking.

We therefore expect additional successful completions of contracts in the current year.”
