Krajina Klas to invest €5m in 2019

Krajina Klas, which is based in Banja Luka, northwestern Bosnia, is planning to invest €5m to expand its operations this year. The company is well-known for its baked goods. Plans include the construction of a new production plant and the opening of about 10 new stores. Krajina Klas was established in 1995 as Manja, a small family-run bakery. Today, the company operates 35 stores across Bosnia and employs 600 people. Its main plant is in Debeljaci, a suburb of Banja Luka. Part of its products are exported to Croatia, Slovenia and Austria.
