Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate have fully commercialized Enterprise Park. Located in southern Krak贸w鈥檚 Podg贸rze district, the class A property offers 61,420 of office space in six four-story buildings. DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne designed the scheme, while Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was the general contractor. Enterprise Park has been owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate under a joint venture agreement since May 2015.
