The total office stock in Kraków reached 1.42 million sqm at the end of December, up 13 percent y-o-y, according to Cresa. Take-up hit a record high of 266,000 sqm in 2019. The volume was more than 30 percent above the 2015-2019 average. Large deals included both pre-leases and renegotiations. The strongest demand came from the banking and IT sectors. The largest transactions of 2019 included UBS’s 19,300 sqm lease at Fabryczna Office Park, Motorola Solutions Systems’ renegotiation of its 17,100 sqm lease at Green Office, Sabre’s 16,000 sqm deal at Tischnera Office and Akamai’s 11,200 sqm lease renegotiation at Vinci Office Center.
