Cresa has closed 19,000 sqm of lease deals in Kraków so far this year. Many negotiations are still pending. The largest transactions included a 12,000 sqm lease at the Vinci Office Center by Akamai Technologies as well as two deals covering more than 6,000 sqm at the O3 Business Campus. “Krakow retains the top spot among regional office markets.
