Ryszard Krauze’s residence has been put on the market by Sindic. The asking price is PLN 29m. Prokom acquired the property in 2001 from the Australian businesswoman Anna Hincfuss for PLN 38.7m. The 9.5 ha residence includes a tennis court, three office components and a 154 sqm residential building.
Last week, Prokom Investments sold its remaining stake in the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Polnord. Krauze sold the company’s 11.63-percent stake to undisclosed financial institutions. PKO Bank Polski has a 7.19-percent stake in Polnord. The share price was set at PLN 12.58 per share.
In the past few weeks, Krauze has also offloaded his entire holding in Bioton.
According to Polish media outlets, the Polish businessman is collecting cash in an effort to pay off debts and to fuel his Petroinvest oil business. So far, Krauze has reportedly collected PLN 70m from Bioton share sales and another PLN 30m from Polnord.
