SudResidential, the real estate consulting company, announced an investment of EUR 90 million in the second phase of The Grand Kristal Residence City project, which will include 12 blocks, on a 10-hectare plot in the Metalurgia area. Phase II will have 1,400 apartments and 1,700 parking spaces. The blocks will have from 5 to 11 floors, with a distance of 40 meters between the buildings.
According to the developer, 30 percent of the surface will be reserved for green spaces. Office spaces, photovoltaic panels and charging stations for electric cars will also be included. The complex includes a commercial area of 16,000 sqm, convenience stores, a kindergarten, a school with extended hours and a fitness room.
Phase 1 of the project has 22 blocks, with over 2,000 apartments and 2,400 parking spaces, to be completed in 2024. The real estate consulting company in charge of selling the project is SudRezidential.
