Krisztina Palace in Budapest secured a BREEAM In Use Very Good rating in the asset and building management categories. Opened in 2010, the 18,000 sqm Krisztina Palace is located in the capitalās Buda district. Tenants include Emirates (3,000 sqm) , Mazars (1,200 sqm) and Innodox Technologies (510 sqm). The landlord, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, is currently in talks with several other tenants for the remaining 6,500 sqm of space.
āThere is no doubt that Krisztina Palace has proved to be one of the most popular offices in Buda over the last 12 months, and the fact we now have the leasing traction on our side, we hope to be able to announce some future transactions in the short-term,ā said David Johnston, head of the office agency at Cushman & Wakefield Budapest, which is in charge of leasing.
