The real estate developer Kronos Homes is developing a set of luxury homes called The Edge located in Estepona (Málaga). All the units of the project, whose architecture simulates a ship stranded on the coast, are oriented towards a tropical garden that blends into the beach. It’s designed by the architect Rafael de La-Hoz. Construction began at the end of 2017 and was finished at the end of last year, with handovers beginning in March despite the crisis. Some of the apartments have already been sold, but others priced between €560,000 and €2.55 million are still available. Kronos Homes has 19 projects spread across Spain and Portugal, 11 of which are currently under construction.
