KRUK has extended its lease at the Lower Silesian Technology Park in Szczawno-Zdrój. Cresa Poland represented the debt management leader. The owner of T-Park is Dolnośląska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego.“Following many years of successful cooperation with the landlord, KRUK decided to renew its lease agreement. We are pleased to have been able to help with the renegotiations,” said Łukasz Dreger, senior associate of the office department at Cresa Poland.
