KRUK Česká a Slovenská republika took 835 sqm at Palmer Capital’s class B office building on Československé armády in Hradec Králové. The building is located in the city center within walking distance of several restaurants and cafes. KRUK relocated to Hradec Králové from Prague.
“We are glad that we can operate in such a nice historical city and we hope that we will engage and support the already successfully established Czech-Polish relationship in the future,” said Paulina Sapkowska, the company’s CEO.
Palmer Capital owns 62 properties in 33 cities across the Czech Republic. The property fund and asset manager has €1bn of assets under management in Central and Eastern Europe.
