The Marlborough Technology Park, a portfolio comprised of seven office buildings in Marlborough, MA. has been sold for $46 million to KS Partners. The 57 acre campus consists of 586,266 square feet of office space located along Nickerson Road, one mile west of Interstate 495 and Route 20 via exit 24 and Simarano Drive. The facility offers a full service cafeteria and multimedia lounge, a fitness center complete with locker rooms, multi-room conference facilities and on-site property management. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller Normandy Real Estate Partners in this transaction.
