The manager of Warsawās Warta Tower, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, secured a BREEAM In-Use certificate for the office building this week for both the project and for its facility management. The 88 metre tower was delivered in 2000 with 27,000 sqm of lettable space. The tenant list includes TUiR Warta, Grupa KBC, Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway and a the Polish division of the company ITMAGINATION, which signed its lease at the beginning in the second quarter of this year.
