Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) secured its first tenant at its MaƂachowskiego Square project in Warsaw. The law firm K&L Gate signed a 10-year lease on 3,500 sqm of office space in the scheme which is a revitalization and expansion of a historical tenement house. The developer is adding 7,600 sqm of new commercial space to the 5,000 sqm building along Warsaw’s Traugutta street. K&L Gate will move into the building in August.

KSP is a joint venture between Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and Silverstein Properties which focuses on adding value investments to Warsaw’s office market. The company acquired the MaƂachowskiego Square property in 2012 from Hochtief Development Poland.
