Filip Kubricht is the new chairman of REICO, Česká spořitelna’s real estate investment company. Kubricht has been part of REICO’s top management since it was established in 2006. He replaces Martin Skalický, who left at the end of August to manage the newly established investment fund Edulios for Cimex. Wolfgang Lunardon, a member of the REICO board, was appointed deputy chairman. Jaromír Kohout, meanwhile, joined the board.
