Developer Kuchař & Thein started construction of Byty U Dubu, a residential project going up in Prague 4 – Modřany. The scheme, designed by Petr Bouřil of ABM architekti, will offer 157 flats. Metrostav will oversee construction. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2016. The investment is expected to total CZK 470m. Half of the units have already been pre-sold. Flats in the energy-saving project start at CZK 1.8m for one room to CZK 4.1m for four rooms.
