Kuehne + Nagel, the Switzerland-based global transportation and logistics company, laid the cornerstone under its car parts distribution center in Páty near Budapest. The cost of the investment is HUF 5bn. The general contractor for the project is the Hungarian state-owned National Industrial Park Operation and Development Zrt. Completion is scheduled for next summer. The distribution center is expected to employ 260 people.
