Aventura-based Kireland Palmetto Park, a company managed by attorney Alex Kurkin, has purchased the Palmetto Park office building in downtown Boca Raton for $25.75 million. Built in 1997 the 73,918-square-foot office building at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road traded for just over $348 per sq ft. The seller, Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Real Estate, bought the property in 2006. The buyer secured a $16.74 million loan from Miami-based Sabadell United Bank to complete the sale. The property was 100 percent leased at the time of closing with major tenants Merrill Lynch and Fifth Third Bank.
