Michał Kurzyński and Ewaryst Zagajewski both resigned this week from BBI Development’s supervisory board. The resignations take effect today. Kurzyński and Zagajewski both declined to provide any additional details, saying only that they are leaving for personal reasons.
BBI’s share price on the Warsaw Stock Exchange was steady, having closed at PLN 1.5 on Tuesday. BBI Development is in the process of selling its landmark mixed-use project Plac Unii. However, the company said it has to push the closure of the sale until September.
