Doral-based KW Property Management recently added four large luxury communities in the Naples-Fort Myers market to its portfolio, totaling more than 4,000 units. The new communities, Tiburon Estates in Naples, Island Walk Naples, Paseo Condominium Association, and Paseo Master Association in Fort Myers offer a total of 4,291 residences. The residential communities manager looks after nearly 12,000 homes in at least 35 upscale developments in Southwest Florida. Overall, the company oversees a portfolio of more than 65,000 homes.
