Zuly Maribona has been promoted to senior vice president at KW Property Management & Consulting. In her new role, Maribona will help guide expansions in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida. Working at the firm for the past 11 years, she previously served as regional vice president for southwest Florida. Maribona holds a degree in business administration from Miami-Dade College and recently completed the University of Miami’s Green Professional Building Skills Training program.
