Kyle Torpey named director of investments at Madison International Realty

Madison International Realty, based in New York City, has hired Kyle Torpey as the firm’s new director of investments. Torpey will focus on originating, underwriting and executing Madison transactions in both the U.S. and around the world. Prior to joining Madison International, Torpey acted as the vice president of Goldman Sachs and served as an associate in real estate investment banking at Lazard and UBS. “We continue to expand our investment team as our domestic and international transactions have increased in both complexity and size. Kyle brings extensive experience in the real estate investment sector from dynamic as well as prestigious firms.” said Ronald Dickerman, founder & president. Torpey holds a B.A. degree in politics from Princeton and received an MBA from Columbia Business School.
