L&L Holding will work with the private equity and development firm Carpe Real Estate Partners on a mixed-use scheme in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami. Located on a three acre site at the intersection of Northwest First Avenue and Northwest 29th Street. According to the Miami Herald, Carpe is also developing a 72,000 square foot mixed-use development called The Oasis in Wynwood due for completion at the end of the year. It’s being reported that Spotify will be placing its headquarters in the building. The Wynwood project is the first time L&L Holding has worked outside of Manhattan.
