L’Oréal Česká republika has extended its lease on 12,687 sqm of industrial space and 1,060 sqm of offices at Prologis Park Prague D1 East. The global beauty company has been leasing the facility along the D1 motorway since 2006. Colliers brokered the deal on behalf of L’Oréal. Negotiations with Prologis started in October 2014. “The areas surrounding the D1 highway near Prague are among the market’s most attractive locations, which is underlined by the fact that all leasable space within Prologis Park Prague D1 East is fully occupied,” said Petr Zaoral, director of the industrial agency at Colliers International Czech Republic.
