L’Oréal Polska is the first tenant to sign a lease on 7,000 sqm of office at Browary Warszawskie, a mixed-use project being developed by Echo Investment in the capital’s Wola district. L’Oréal Polska will move into its new office space next year. Browary Warszawskie is going up on a 4.4 ha post-industrial site that previously housed a brewery. The scheme will offer 50,000 sqm of office space and will involve the revitalization of a number of historic structures as well as the construction of five new residential buildings and three new office buildings. It was designed by JEMS Architekci and is scheduled for completion in 2020.
