La Française Forum Real Estate Partners and Aberdeen bought two properties from Deutsche AWM for the PURetail Fund. The first investment, purchased for €56m, features 4,700 sqm of retail and office space and is situated at Königstrasse 19 in Stuttgart. The second property located at Markt 1 in Lübeck was acquired for €22.5mn and offers 6,500 sqm of retail space. Its main tenant is the fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg. Colliers International brokered the Stuttgart transaction,while JLL ran the deal in Lübeck. Hogan Lovells and Turner & Townsend advised the buyer.
