Zagaleta Limited, which owns the luxury residential complex La Zagaleta in Spain has acquired the Valderrama Group for €40m. Valderrama Group owns the world famous Valderrama golf course in Sotogrande, as well as a new project known as Valderrama 2, located in Castellar de la Frontera. La Zagaleta is planning to invest another €200m into the location in order to develop a residential and hotel resort around a new first-class golf course. The new project will be developed over the next 10 years.
