Lagerris takes over historical complex in Prague 1

1 December 2015

The historical monastery complex at nám. Republiky in Prague 1 has a new owner. The Czech state sold the property, refurbished into offices, at an auction in September to Lagerris. The new owner paid CZK 790m for the property. Lagerris is controlled by HPP SE-ready and affiliated with the law firm Havel, Holásek & Partners, which represented the buyer during the transaction.

The complex includes two buildings on a 3,000 sqm plot. It offers 7,964 sqm of usable space. Josef Hlavička of Havel, Holásek & Partners told ČTK that the new owner has not yet decided on the future use of the complex.
