10th Avenue Partnership has acquired the Chase Bank Professional Center in Lake Worth for $6.9 million. The four-story 94,222 square foot office building is located on a 8.8 acre site at 2601 North 10th Avenue. Built in 1977, the property traded for just over $73 per square foot. The building is primarily leased to the Health Care District of Palm Beach County and Chase bank. The seller, the Health Care District of PBC, bought the building in 2009 for $5.8 million. Marcus & Millichap agents Douglas Mandel and Todd Everett brokered the deal in a sale-leaseback deal.
