Land purchased for Miami Beach Harbour condo scheme

28 August 2015

Key International and 13th Floor Investments have purchased the site of the Harbour condominium project in North Miami Beach for $30.5 million. Located at 16385 Biscayne Blvd., the five acre site will house two 32-story towers with a total of 425 units. The property has water access to Biscayne Bay and an average price of $650 per square foot. The seller, Southern Homes affiliate Blue Palms Development, bought the property in 2004 for $3.7 million. The master design of the Harbour was by Corwil Architects, with interiors created by the Toronto-based Design Agency. With nearly 70 percent of the units under contract, the project is slated to break ground in winter 2015.

“Finalizing this process is a key step as we move toward groundbreaking later this year,” said Arnaud Karsenti, managing principal of 13th Floor Investments.
