J&T Real Estate’s newest office building Landererova 12 has picked up two prominent new tenants, with Swan and Benestra employees joining in the Bratislava building following the two companies’ merger. “The SWAN – BENESTROU merger makes the company a key player on the telecommunications market, and the second-biggest provider of services to business customers. That’s why we sought administrative space that would facilitate uniting the two teams in one place and provide high standards. Such space we found at Landererova 12,“ said SWAN CEO, Martin Mosný. The building offers 26,000 sqm of office space and is part of JTRE’s growing portfolio of office space at Eurovea City. Swan and Benestra will occupy 3,500 sqm of the building, joining Lenovo Slovakia. “Attracting clients such as SWAN and BENESTRA shows that LANDEREROVA 12 fulfils all the criteria that discerning clients expect,“ said JTRE Managing Director, Pavel Pelikán.
