Landia Management has begun offering construction plots in the first phase of its residential project Rajský vrch in Prague 9 near the Rajská zahrada metro B station. Fifteen plots of up to 1,260 sqm have been put on sale, for the construction of houses ranging in size 250 to 400 sqm of usable space.
The plots, which have planning permit in place, are on offer for CZK 7,200/sqm (€277) and the investor claims the first three plots have been already sold. The project will be completed in three phases, offering flats, semi-detached houses and family homes. The KAAMA studio has designed a few sample designs clients can use, unless they prefer a bespoke design.
