Jacksonville-based general contractor has broken ground Integra 360, a luxury apartment community in the Orlando submarket of Winter Springs, Florida. The 30-acre project is being developed by Integra Land Co. and designed by Associated Consulting International. The development will total 360 units covering 368,182 sqf and include six gated buildings (each four stories with elevators), four carriage houses and a pool house. The property will feature 360 spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with nine different floor plans ranging from 638 to 1,303 square feet. Completion for the scheme is slated for October 2017 and the property will be managed by Panther Property Management.
The builder, LandSouth Construction specializes in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development having completed more than 12,000 multifamily units over the past 18 years. Integra 360 is “convenient to downtown Orlando, within minutes of major employment centers, Sanford and Orlando airports as well as being located in one of the state’s strongest school districts,” said LandSouth President & CEO James Pyle.
