The Jacksonville general contractor LandSouth Construction has broken ground on LIV, a $32 million luxury rental apartment community in Davenport. Located in the ChampionsGate Development off I-4 and south of Walt Disney World, the community is being developed by ChampionsGate Ventures. The gated community will feature 308 residences and a resort-style clubhouse in five buildings on a 11.6 acre site. The project is slated for completion in early 2017. “ChampionsGate will meet the growing demand for luxurious apartment homes in this highly desirable neighborhood,” said James Pyle, President and CEO of LandSouth Construction.
