A.C. Packer West, based in Jacksonville Beach, has selected LandSouth Construction as the general contractor for its new multifamily project Steele Creek. The $33 million scheme will feature a eight building, 420,274 sqf apartment community that consists of 300 units on a 14.7 acre site. The apartments will be located at 8599 AC Skinner Parkway near the St. Johns Town Center. Charlan Brock & Associates of Maitland, Florida, is the architect on the project. The project is slated for completion in the fall of 2017.
