Langowski Logistics, a provider of containerized cargo transport services, has expanded its office and warehouse footprint. Under its new lease it has taken 5,400 sqm of warehouse and office space from Zarzad Morskiego Portu Gdynia SA. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by Cresa. The new warehouse is situated in the Port of Gdynia, close to the Baltic Container Terminal (BCT) and Gdynia Container Terminal (GCT). It will soon be equipped with handling machinery for storing and handling of goods.
