Langowski Shipping, a Polish company operating in the transport, shipping and logistics industries, has signed a lease agreement for 3,500 sqm of space at Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk, which was developed by Goodman. JLL represented Langowski Shipping during lease negotiation.
“Due to our business profile, Langowski Shipping established its location in close proximity to the Port of Gdynia’s harbor,” said Tomasz Langowski, Managing Director, Langowski Shipping. “Because of the rapid development of our services to destinations worldwide, we also decided to launch another unit in the vicinity of the Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdańsk – the newest and most modern container terminal in Poland.”
