Cushman & Wakefield has announced the hiring of Larry Kahn to the firm’s Orlando office as a Director in its Industrial Brokerage Services group. Kahn, who has 18 years in commercial real estate, will focus on rail-served industrial real estate, specializing in site selection and bringing rail-served properties to market throughout the state. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kahn served as Vice President at Foundry Commercial Real Estate (CNL Commercial Real Estate), was a partner and Director of Business Development at MetroOne, Inc. and was President of Sun National, LLC. Kahn is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
