LaSalle Investment Management, on behalf of the pan-European fund Encore+, has acquired the Wronia 31 office building in Warsaw from Ghelamco. The property is located in the city’s Wola district and offers 16,600 sqm. Tenants include BNP Paribas Securities Services and Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency of the European Union. Ghelamco was represented in the transaction by JLL and Greenberg Traurig, while LaSalle was represented by CBRE, White & Case, Arcadis and KPMG.
