Physicians Realty Trust purchased the Laser & Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches for $14 million. The 20,377-square-foot building, located at 3602 Kyoto Gardens Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, sits on nearly 2 acres. Built in 2003, the surgery center includes seven operating rooms, two procedure rooms and 18 private recovery areas. The seller, LSPB Real Estate LLC, bought the building in 2006 for $5 million.
