Stiles Corp affiliate Hernandez Construction has begun work on the final phase of the Flagler Station business park. The first two buildings of phase three will total 250,000 square feet, while the square foot total for the third phase will be 1.7 million. The construction of phase two’s 5 buildings totaling 820,000 square feet is nearly complete. The business park, which sits on 900 acres near 10505 Northwest 112th Avenue, is being developed by Flagler Global Logistics. The scheme will have 14 million square feet when completed, making it the largest business park in South Florida.
