Starting with 2014, Romanian leading real estate developer Adama, solely owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, announces top management changes concerning the company’s operation. Effective from January 2014, Mr. Laszlo Csiki will take over Mr. Andreas Holler’s position as Adama’s CEO.
The switch is intended to continue the promising outlook established for the company in the past 2 years, strengthening Adama’s place on the market and boosting its development perspectives.
Consequently, Andreas Holler will carry on his activity within IMMOFINANZ Group, assuming responsibility for apartment construction in Austria and being appointed to the management board at BUWOG Group which is the leading private residential property company in Austria with a portfolio of approx. 35,500 flats in Austria and Germany.
Laszlo Csiki joins Adama coming from the asset management real estate market on which he owns an extensive experience. Since November 2011, he has been Head of Corporate Asset & Facility Management for Eastern Region within Metro Group.
